Four stages, with tangible outputs

Scope, team involvement, timing and investment are agreed in writing before work begins.

Observe
We speak with the people doing the work and follow its path. Output: a map of people, channels, rules, inputs and outputs.
Prioritize
We connect problems to their causes and assess impact and effort. Output: an organized view of the issues and criteria for choosing where to start.
Redesign
We define the future workflow, responsibilities and how to handle exceptions. Output: a process the people putting it into practice can understand.
Decide
We record what to simplify, standardize, automate, integrate or build. Output: a plan with priorities, criteria and implementation boundaries.

Implement from a shared understanding

Implementation has its own scope, deliverables and acceptance criteria. It may involve AI customer service, integrations, software, data or acquisition. Your team takes part in validation and receives the agreed guidance for operating what has been delivered.

If the improvement calls for a clearer rule or one less step, the plan records that decision. The choice of technology follows the need identified.

Follow what changed

We define how to observe the change and which information to compare. Where data is insufficient, that limitation is explicit. Support, monitoring and further development are agreed according to the scope.
